Refund Policy of ODM Public School
Classroom Program
We follow a different refund policy for each wing or class category i.e. Pre-Primary, Primary, Secondary and Sr. Secondary. The exact refund policies are disclosed during the time of admission in the terms and conditions sheet which a parent is required to sign during the time of admission and for every other existing student, the refund policy is revised every year and is communicated to all parents via written circulars in the official class groups.
Kindly note the following general rules, however-
a. Admission Fees/Enrollment Fees are non-refundable at any stage after the admission.
b. The session charges are also non-refundable at any stage once paid by the existing student at the beginning of the session.
c. If a child wishes to leave school in the middle of the session, from Class LKG to X, the fees for the current quarter and previous quarter is non-refundable and other charges will be refundable (subject to no change of clause in any particular session’s fees terms and conditions)
d. In Class XI and XII, however, if a child discontinues in the middle of the session or changes study plan between Residential, Day Boarding and Day Scholar, the child is required to pay for the higher plan for the whole academic year.
Online Classes
We follow a strict No Refund policy. To help you make an informed decision, all our online courses allow you to try a part of the course before you enrol for the course.
Study Material / Correspondence Course
If for any reason, you wish to cancel an order that you have placed, it has to be done by calling our Bhubaneswar, Odisha office on 1800-120-2316 and follow it up with an email stating your order number before the material is dispatched.
After the study material has been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel any order. No refund will be made for materials that have been shipped.
